Clients who purchase the program through our shopping cart can receive a refund with the following conditions.
- Full refund—If you have opened 3 or less online classes within the first 5 business days of purchasing the program.
- Partial refund—If you have opened 6 classes or less 35% of the program fee will be charged as an administration fee.
To request a refund, email email@example.com; stating your full name, email address and the reason you are requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed within 4 business days.
